- Polestar provided advisory services to the Company, aiding in the formulation of a Detailed Information Memorandum and facilitating the complete due diligence and sanction process with the Lender.
- Successfully secured a single term sheet of INR 5,000 mn from a PSU Bank and supported the Company in negotiations with the lender.
- Assisted the Company and Lender in executing a successful Securitisation Transaction totalling INR 2,680 mn, completed in two tranches.
